I don’t speak because I had an easy path.

I speak because I built a successful career from one of the hardest starts imaginable. From teenage homelessness to executive boardrooms, my mission is to prove that your past can become your greatest leadership advantage.

I spent over 15 years building a career in one of the toughest industries in America. Starting with virtually nothing, I worked my way from entry-level dealership positions into executive leadership, helping dealerships increase profitability, build stronger teams, and develop high-performing cultures.

Today I combine that experience with my personal story to teach resilience, leadership, accountability, and personal growth — for individuals and organizations, far beyond automotive.
